    The sacred philosophy that food is medicine, information and energy, this collection of wholesome recipes include easy to make and nutrient dense meals catering to various nutritional needs during those pivotal stages. 


    In this ebook you’ll have recipes on how to make your own meatstock and the importance of it vs a bone broth. To slow cooked meals that can be cooked once and eaten twice. This isn’t about overdoing with so many ingredients, or spending a lot of time in the kitchen.  This is about eating in season, with intention, and slowing down to be able to enjoy these moments while feeling completely nourished at the same time.
